DF  face seal is designed for high-load equipment, often used in a variety of heavy mining equipment prone to large vibration, impact parts, such as mining equipment rocker arm, sprocket, reducer and so on. It consists of a pair of L-shaped floating seal rings and a pair of rubber rings (rubber dish springs), which are assembled in the L-shaped floating seal seat, and the principle is similar to that of type DO. Since the deformation capacity of the rubber ring is greater than that of the O-ring, it can provide a larger floating range. During the heavy-duty floating oil seal’s operation, the transmission force generated by the torque of the rubber ring stabilizes its functioning within the seat cavity.
