Description

XY type seal group is a variety of DO type, which is mostly used for heavy load and high speed rotation machinery.

They are generally used as auxiliary seals for bearings and are mainly used in engineering machinery and working conditions with harsh working conditions, severe wear and inconvenient maintenance. Specifically, including belt excavators, bulldozers, shearers, scraper conveyors, concrete equipment, gear boxes, mixers, ship machinery, wind power equipment and other machinery with similar working conditions or requiring sealing and maintenance-free.

It has the characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, simple structure, reliability, and efficient sealing performance. It can effectively prevent external dirt, dust, water and abrasives from infiltrating, as well as prevent internal oil and lubricating oil from leaking.

The main component of the metal ring is FC15Cr3Mo. Its hardness after heat treatment generally reaches HRC 65-72, which enables the seal group life of up to over 5,000 hours.
